Welcome to Flintshire Neighbourhood Watch Association Website
Graham Harper Chairman of Flintshire Neighbourhood Watch
“Thank you for connecting to Flintshire Neighbourhood Watch website. Our association supports 'good neighbours' in taking responsibility for the safety, well-being and quality of life of local people in their own community.
We work closely with the North Wales Police in combating crime and the fear of crime as well as seeking to 'watch out' for vulnerable people such as those who are older, disabled or children.
The Association helps by promoting interest in local communities, providing a wide network of volunteers as well as training and information about forming and running local groups. Please keep in touch with us.” Read our Chairman's AGM 2009 report here

| What the Association Does
|
is an established charitable organization contributing to reducing crime and disorder in Flintshire.
Neighbourhood Watch is for everyone. It's about bringing people closer together and involving them in local life. A stronger community spirit can grow back as people get to know each other & look out for one another. There is more to neighbourhood watch than protecting homes & property against burglary. By working together, neighbours can help reduce all sorts of local crimes. They can also take action to improve their environment by getting something done about things like vandalism, graffiti, poor lighting and a lack of local amenities.
As well as making the neighbourhood a better place to live and work in, tackling local problems and concerns will help reassure residents and make them less fearful of crime.
